1. Return Policy
SeaBorn values customer satisfaction and is committed to providing quality products. We understand that sometimes situations may arise where you need to return a product. Therefore, our return policy is as follows:
Request for Return: You may request a return for any item purchased from SeaBorn while it is still in transit, i.e., before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept returns.
Condition of Return: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for orders with damaged or incorrect products reported within the specified timeframe.
Proof Required: For eligible refunds, customers must provide proof of the issue, such as photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Exceptions: Customized products and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Process for Handling Refunds
Upon validation of the claim, SeaBorn will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refund Process: Contact our customer service team with your order number and issue details. If approved, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label. Package the products securely and include the RMA number. Ship the package back to us using the provided label. We will process your return within 14 days of receiving the package and issue the refund within 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy
(1) Cancellation Timeframe At SeaBorn, we understand that sometimes plans change. You have the flexibility to cancel your order up to 3 hours after the order confirmation.
(2) Pre-Shipment Cancellations We understand that plans may change, but once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept cancellations. Our focus is on ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
(3) Post-Shipment Cancellations Once your order has been shipped, we do not encourage cancellations. We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
(4) Unforeseen Circumstances Please note that SeaBorn shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery of purchased goods due to factors beyond our control, such as vendor issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
(5) Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will not be covered by SeaBorn unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
(6) Dispute Resolution If you have any issues or disputes regarding returns or refunds, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving your concerns efficiently and fairly.
